We draw on a significant, off-market pipeline of opportunities, developed through a long-standing network of industry contacts, to implement our (core, core-plus, and value-added) strategies. Our proprietary screening method identifies income-producing properties in targeted markets, with particular emphasis on high barrier-to-entry locations with proximity to existing mass transit systems.
