UrbanAmerica Advisors’ in-house asset management team is focused on adding value to each property based on a strategic plan created at acquisition and refined during the hold period. Working toward the objectives contained in the strategic plan, each asset manager oversees a portfolio of properties and directs the assigned property management team. UrbanAmerica Advisors utilizes both internal and external managers to operate its properties. All third-party property managers are leaders in the industry and have a specific core competency as it pertains to each individual asset and its unique market position.
